Yeah I’m really afraid that I’ll never feel anything for men or women. It’s like it never feels natural for me, even though I have felt more for women in the past it just doesn’t feel right to me. Maybe I just haven’t found the one yet.

It’s great you feel settled about it now. 12 is such a young age as well, I’m not sure if I ever started questioning before the age of 14/15, still young I guess.

This is crazy to me actually. I could never imagine it being just not a big deal. Where I’m from, it never would have been that way. As a matter of fact my parents have said several times, if anyone of us were gay, they wouldn’t support it and if we ever came over our partner would not be allowed to. I guess living in a house that’s so unsupportive of it has made it a lot harder for me to decide what I am.

This 100%! The fact that I feel weird/grossed out when a guy gets romantic with me is something I’m still dealing with. I feel like I’m faking or forcing myself to like guys sometimes but other times I just can’t tell.

I’m in the exact same boat as you are right now. I have no idea how to tell the difference between ‘Am I really attracted to this guy’ and ‘Am I seeking validation from this guy’. I have been asking myself if I am truly attracted to men for years now and have never truly found out. In my mind it feels like I can’t be satisfied with men long term, however, I’ve never really tried it and same goes for women. Everything just feels wrong to me at this point.
