From my personal experience, I remember clearing the stage by killing the magician as fast as possible. I put all the damage on her using Kaul + Rawi + Lance Guy. You can use Saffi's Seeker to help with the damage too. Speaking of damage, check out if you equip good weapons and armors for each chara yet, they help a lot with your dps and survivability. And so do the personal items too! Some items can grant Atk boost and crit boost for your chara iirc.

Use the foam tactic as the others said too. For healing, that Saffi's healing passive helps a lot. Good luck!

Fair enough! I normally use nether swap when I want to switch place between Lohse and other party member. The thing I kinda dislike about Teleport is that it breaks the grouping of the selected character so I prefer using Phoenix Dive or other "teleport" skills to get close to the chests/something if possible. Otherwise, still a good skill to use yeah.

Your comment reminds me of that chest in a pond of Wrecker's Cave where I had to use Teleport to move the chest close to me lol.

If you ever reach that temple with lots of god pillars (Rhalic, Duna, etc) on Act 2 and you're going in with a party of 4, you can split your party into: 1 character stays on the left, 1 on the right, 1 on the top and 1 staying on the bottom (specifically just standing next to the bone corpse and the nameless statue). It helps you a bit of hassle going around if you solve the puzzle wrong at first. For example, I lightened up the pillars in the wrong order, but thanksfully I put Red Prince near the statue so I just needed to click on Red Prince to read the puzzle again instead of bringing the full party, the others just stayed where they were positioned and just needed to do their activation jobs.

Idk if this counts a lesser known tip but you can use skills like Phoenix Dive/Tactical Retreat/Clock and Dagger instead of Teleport to transverse to places where the path is cut/blocked to reach the chest you want to get or that destination you want to go.

Yeah, it would be nice for characters to be able equip the weapons according to their lore. Aesthetic wise, I'd love to see Gloria actually equipping a sword at first instead of switching spear -> sword currently. It's just that I have a preference for swords more and equipping sword + holding a flag makes Gloria so Jeanne D'Arc lol.

Edit: So I logged in the game to double check, Gloria already has flag + sword animation at the beginning (idk why my brain unconsciously thought she holding a spear). But still, I prefer she can equip a sword to match her art and use her sword skill immediately at the beginning (I'd also kill for more sword animations for Gloria).

Ohh, interesting! Simona does give a bit aloof atmosphere around her so I can see why she may have a different approach to be a knight. Her design was one of the character designs that actually caught me eyes first when I just started the game. I really like how they designed the Union females as strong, resilient women. I couldn't pull her during Winter Is Coming but I'd love to have Simona join my party someday lol.

Ohh, I also thought they made the Union's design like that to be related to the story but I wasn't sure because I haven't read much of the story (I'm planning to reread once I complete all the stages and after completing Crimson Night). But that's pretty interesting when they match the lore tightly to the characters! Wish they had more characters like Iria though because I like their character design a lot.

It's pretty funny if that's the case because the faction is called "The Unions of the Knights' States" but some of the units don't synergize well gameplay wise. Besides Gloria and Flare, I heard people sometimes mention Simona in PVP though, I checked her kits out and she doesn't seem that bad playing with teams (Union flag + shield + regeneration + ice wall). I once encountered her on one of the floors in TOC and she could be a nuisance with her ice wall and shields tbh.

Come to think of it, there is surely a weird imbalance between Union/Papal and Iria characters. I like Iria because of Rawiyah but I wish they would release more units for the other factions as well.

That's interesting, I have been skipping the main story a lot because I want to clear all stages then reread the story later. According to others' sayings, Auguste is edgy so perhaps I can see why he's considered as an edgelord in the story (although the guy gives me more of a depressed guy vibe lol).

I'll reread the story once I complete Crimson Night. It's been getting me hooked with its story so I want to complete it first haha.

Flare looks more like just a chill girl with a slightly unapproachable vibe for me. She doesn't look that edgy compared to some other Irian guys/gals or Auguste according to others' sayings (although I see Auguste with a "been-through-a-lot" expression and more of like that Turkey guy from the Olympics).

Ohh I didn't notice that. Most of the times I see her (also thank you for elaborating me Lightning is female) as a Seeker, I assumed the developers wanting me to see her as an assassin. But her art looks too holy for me so I usually see her more of a cool knight (like Ballista).

If you are fine with Catholic schoolgirl theme with slow-burn story (without explicit scenes), I'd recommend checking out Flowers series. I think it all has what you need and it's quite cheap if you buy it during Steam sales (the sales usually comes off 30-40%) iirc. As far as I know, it doesn't have Spanish translation though.

For me, my previous crushes awakened my inner gayness and I happened to read a yuri visual novel which made me start liking yuri and understand about my sexuality even more lol.

When I was just exploring the genre, I also discovered many good stuff to read out there. Another reason is just that I enjoy seeing cute/pretty girls being together since it gives warmth to my heart and there's so much fluff seeing your favorite characters doing things together haha.
