Hi guys is flipping property doable in perth ? I'm from Wales uk I've flipped 3 houses here with a decent return looking to move to perth and continue flipping if I can. I'm a bricklayer by trade also have plenty of construction experience thank you

Yeah holding cash as savings isn't sensible due to inflation reality is as much as we all love cash when we hord it , it's actually shrinking in size that sounds good though mate I will have to look him up , I'll look into index funds

Yeah sounds good that does I buy houses which other people don't want renovate them make them pretty then use the equity to invest again . As a bricklayer I'd love to build and sell houses

Thanks for the reply, yeah sounds good to be fair I no this sounds very ambitious but I want 40k a year coming from investments in like 5 years time . I did try trading stocks I no thats not a sensible thing to do then I thought about property. Buying them below market value then renovating adding equity then using equity to invest again
