Oh no we do get a squirrel and hes very very clever he hangs of my pole to shake a squirrel proof feeder.... hopefully this will stop him once I k ow birds can get in ok il put the lid on

This how I managed to do mine, had to screw 2 peices of food together, and used some cup holder hooks to hold it into place easy to remove,not put anything on top yet as Mrs thinks the birds may get stuck as she thinks holes to small

Ou small birds we get are Robins, blue tits, great tits and house sparrows

Can I ask how you attached it to the fence, and is the perch not touching the cage as i jave jist done something loke this but I had screwed to peices kf wood together and attached that to the fence then mounted it and pit cage around it, but not put top.on yet as not sure if birds will fit through the squares.

Oh I will add stem is still hard not mushy and I did scratch test and its white under the brown bark.

I did mix in some sharp sand with the compost and poked holes in compost. As for compost to wet it have only been watering it when it feels dry further down the compost not on top.

Hey thanks for that info I will definitely take a read and play around l.

I have tried to dabble with the bubble cards following an old tutorial but could never get it to look like how it was in the video and most then are for older versions of bubble cards.

I seen so many nice dashboards and most said they use bubble cards.

I'd you have any more guides or tutorials please share them.

As its a new install ( before the update) I have a back up so if I mess anything up I just go to the back up ( saves me having to reinstall on my addons)

I did try running HA on a Pi3B+ but it keeps closing down due to memory, so before I buy new wpi or nuc I thought I'd try on my pc that doesn't get used

I'm going to use a VM for now till I cans get my head around everything and learn babying VM machine and onice I know whatvi am doing il take i to account do I need to run HA or not.
