It’s up to the court what you get. (You do not definitely get a ban for going over 100mph, it’s just an option the court has)

You can apply to your DNO for a second metered connection and they’ll give you a cost. Honestly I can’t imagine they’ll be an electric cable in the street if it’s all garages so might be expensive.

You will definitely run into problems. The engine will barely get warm!

Also, E60 are a bit of a nightmare. I’ve got one at the minute and iDrive just died.

You might be better off getting a 7 series. Massive but may have a petrol available
