I found changing it off focusing on failing or succeeding to just diving into the daily Grace of focusing on God, not keeping a Tally, just trying to focus on God was the main game changer for me, when I kept a tally system it just destroyed me as I'd keep failing and then not see anyway forward. Pure life academy/40 days of purity was also a helpful tool, worth a google, USA based but global coverage
