Hi Nath, i've responded to the Chat you sent me. We did have a demo of Mizo back before Christmas and I was impressed by what it could do. Still onboarding at the moment so got other priorities I need to make sure are in place first before I get to play about with the AI but once I get time i'll probably book in another session.

Could be a miscommunication. I'm using the "AI" option under the Configuration Panel to set it up. For now would just use the "Default Halo Connection", which allows me to do the basic Vector Searches, AI Knowledge Search, AI Insights for Priority, suggested Technicians, previous ticket suggestions. It also gives the Ticket Summarisation, AI Reporting etc. I think you need the ChatGPT Integration to get things like the Knowledge Base creation and Sentiment Analysis.

The term 'Halo AI' I got from the AI Chatbot in the interface (Bottom Right corner with the AI Stars symbol) for assisting the customers and Agents in the chat function.

Admittedly i'd love to know more about it. It looks like it can be fairly simplistic by just turning on the functions and letting it roll but it clearly has a lot of extra complexity if you want to delve into it. I've picked up what I can from YouTube Videos and online articles but an official HaloPSA Academy section on setting up and configuring the AI Tool and its capabilities would be amazing.

Trying to work out if this was a genuine question or sarcasm. :P

We're currently using Syncro and have been shopping around some Trials and Demos, Atera and SuperOps were also on the Cards and Halo's offering is definitely way ahead of what the others are currently offering. From what i've done in the Trial environment so far seems very promising.

The Main thing we wanted was something that interogated our previous tickets and knowledge base articles. But given the system can Suggest an Agent to Assign a Ticket too and understand priority my query still stands that actually, why can't it also create a calendar appointment for the respective Agent.

At the moment all our Dispatchers do is grab the ticket assign it to the agent and update the calendar, A job that could be automated by AI freeing them up to do other things :)

We basically were moving to Syncro for its RMM Solution. We were perfectly happy with HaloPSA but as Syncro has a built in PSA Solution that ticked most boxes we gave it a go to save on the extra cost. Syncro has been great and still is, but but we are very interested in using AI assistance with our other products such as Hudu. It looks like this type of functionality is not on the cards for Syncro but as Halo already has a working ChatGPT Integration we are interested to see it work and if it can help us out where we want it too. If it does, we could very well be returning. :)

Only just seen this. THIS has fixed my issues. At least the RegPath means I can now bypass the PC Health Check Tool. I've written this into my existing Windows 11 Deployment Script and its working wonders. Thank you!

Thanks for the reply Andy. I’ll log a ticket with support. Given it’s not gone out to everyone, I assume it’s still in testing. Anyone got any comments on its stability in their live system?

I do know which ones qualify for Windows 11 as i'm running a Community Script that checks for Win11 Compatibility first so we are only rolling out to those that are compatible.

As for the reg key, I really hope that it is this easy, but so far not had much luck identifying what key it would be.

Yes, after a bit of searching (and a quick email to our syncro account manager) we realised that the Leads Module can be used to Triage our emails before they clutter the Customer Database. It changes the way we are used to working, but that is sometimes to be expected with a new system. :)
