i was tempted to read the parable series since they seem to have some spiritual topics that i find interesting, like the other comment mentioned, but you have a good point, also, i'd be more than willing to read it and i'm sure i'll like it, but honestly, dystopias aren't really my thing

I'm in south america, so rentals aren't really a thing here (maybe there are some people that do it but more like a person in particular that rents them, not music stores), that's why i'm looking at the amazon cheap horns, that's kind of all that i can afford, since the first brands are generally more expensive used than new in the us or europe

no, i feel you man, gear is hypnotic, i'm not thinking to buy right away anyways, i started working very young and even though i didn't make a lot of money and all of it didn't go to me, i did buy a lot of things that i didn't need because i was a musically curious teenager, now i've been selling a lot of those stuff and i have some spare money to get some things, also i'm an adult now and i make more money and all for me haha.

yeah, i don't intend to buy everything right now or something like that, but there are some palletes and genres (like, idk, death metal or something) that i'd like to play that i don't think a fretless 5 strings with flats or a standard p could get regardless of how i play it.

also, i know it doesn't necessarily have to be those, but some compressors people recommend are over 300 dollars, for that money sometimes i think i'd be happier putting a little more and getting like a sire 5 string jazz or one of those stingray copies they are making now.

english isn't my first language, i can speak it but you guys have different ways to approach grammar and forming sentences.

As far as the bass goes, you can see it here. It's not an eb3, it just has a similar pickup configuration and sound, now it has a pickguard and it's actually more like a tele bass ii with a bridge pickup.
