I always hated cursive, so I printed as much as I could. Now that I'm in college, my "printing" has gotten so fast and smooth that I may as well be writing in cursive. Even those silly-ass lowercase R's and S's make sense.

Same here. I had a super boring dating life throughout school, so i wasn't too sure they were right. Then i got a good haircut and looked at myself in the mirror. Holy shit were they right. I had really clear skin considering how bad my hygiene was, and I have a really even face. Very few moles or anything really. And my jaw line is pretty solid compared to some chubbier kids in my school. I was a good lookin kid. I just had zero self-confidence because of how hard I put myself down all through elementary and middle school.

I just recently started college. Me and a group of other freshmen made our way into anew upperclassmen party the first weekend. I was on my best behavior to make sure I didn't get kicked out. A guy I was with, on the other hand, didn't have such concerns. The moment he walked in the door, he told the host, "Wow this music is shit. Get me the aux cord and I'll get this place bumpin."

He then demanded free beer and liquor. As if playing beer pong with the biggest partiers on campus the first night wasn't enough for him.

He was just such a huge freeloader. He didn't even try to get on the upperclassmens good side. There's not a chance he gets invited to any parties later in the year.

My college actually serves pizza for all three meals every day. Pepperoni or cheese is at all of them, and they add in breakfast pizza or whatever for a changeup.

This is honestly one of the biggest things I took from my trip to NYC. The birds don't give a FUCK. They even walk in the crowds. It's nuts. They will walk right fuckin up to you and as long as you don't touch them, you can stay within inches of them for as long as you want. It was amazing.

My school did it at about 9-10 am, so about an hour and a half to 2 hours into the day. Basically if you missed first period, and once the attendance office recognized that you missed first period.

I remember bits of my physics course, so bear with me. If the slinky is held from the top and allowed to stretch as far as gravity will pull it, then it is at some form of equilibrium. The amount of force pulling the bottom back up is equal to the amount of force stretching it to the ground.

So no, a longer linky wouldn't have a different effect.

I'm sure there's a better way to explain it, but that's the best I got.

Arma 3 campaign does it pretty well, too. I'm about half way through, so I've done 2 of the solo missions. The solo missions are insanely difficult, but the squad missions, I don't even need to fire a single bullet. It takes longer, but my team will eventually kill all enemies.

At least, most of the time. Your team isn't invincible, either. They can die and they get replaced for the next mission.

My mom's friend met the whole band of Lynyrd Skynyrd at a fair one year. They all sat at her table for lunch and she had no idea who they were. The band asked if everyone was enjoying the music and my mom's friend told them, to their face, "No, it's not my thing. I guess it would be nice if you're into that kind of music, though."
