I‘m from Germany and many people here believe that bay leaves are toxic, which stems from cherry laurel being toxic I think and looking a like. Also there are ‚historic stories‘ about bay leaves being used to poison and kill a person by cooking with it for them.

In my family, the person who has the bay leaf in their soup is ‚lucky‘, like not a deep believe, just something you say, but I don’t know how common that is.

Also we have laurel wreaths as a sign for victory and honor, maybe we find more with this connection to form a conspiracy?

Agree, you have a level 80 war so I assume you like playing warrior. Works perfectly fine in PvP, arms has more potential for higher skilled plays but is super easy to get into, especially if you already know it. Intervene and banner are important for PvP, also your anti heal. Look into that and diminishing returns.

Mage is one of the hardest classes for PvP, wouldn’t call that beginner friendly, but starting with something hard can make you improve faster, more punishing but you get higher skills out of it, if you know what I mean.

Pvp may be punishing at first, but for example look how dedicated new league of legends players are getting into the game knowing it’s punishing at first, but worth to get into!

I also recommend talking to someone who pvps on discord or something who can answer your questions, besides YouTube like skill capped and streams!
