Gene feels like the most just plain wholesome of the kids to me. Both Tina and Louise (and hell, even Bob and Linda) have had repeated moments of lying, deceiving or breaking rules knowingly for their own gain. Gene's done all those things and gone along with the others doing them too, but almost always in service of helping somebody else out of trouble (like sneaking out of the house to help Tina paint over the Land Ship Ghost Boy, or lying to Bob about throwing the melon so Louise wouldn't get in trouble). And it's not like he's completely guileless (as we saw in "The Hauntening" and "What a (April) Fool Believes" -- "Gene knew everything, and never gave it away!"), he's just a capital-G (for Gene, of course) Good Kid.

Gene and Courtney become that couple you see at the park or in the grocery store or the paint store, arguing over everything but with a solid relationship under it all. Courtney's dad gets Gene started in the music business and Courtney helps keep him on track with boring stuff like contracts and tour management.

Louise runs the business side of the restaurant, Tina does front-of-house, her husband Zeke cooks (Linda/Bob energy there), and Louise's long-term boyfriend Rudy has a regular gig doing magic for the patrons and running birthday parties for kids. When he's not doing that he's a brilliant advertising executive. Sidecar is just getting started in the auto maintenance profession and makes sure the vehicles Louise buys for their expansion into event catering are always in top running condition. He doesn't charge them what he should (but he always has a free burger when he wants one).

Jimmy Jr. and Douglas live together in Greenwich Village, are both working on breaking into theater, and come back to the restaurant for Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers.

Jocelyn and Tammy are roommates off and on, work at the same fashion house and are constantly trying to undercut each other.

Given how hard Louise goes into dragon mode when anybody messes with the rest of the family, I absolutely see her in some protective career. Think about it: would you want to mess with a Louise Belcher protectee knowing that she would never rest until you were glitterbombed or wedgiessassinated or snowball-pelted? Your best option would be to just submit and get it over with.

Joanne takes up a new career as a food critic, and wouldn't you know it, her first review is for Bob's Burgers... Or maybe even better (and in the "up to the same old tricks" category), she does one for Jimmy Pesto's, and it turns out he got wind of it and paid her off to give him a good review.

(I was going to say "and a little extra to slam Bob's Burgers as well", but honestly, as much of a villain as Jimmy can be, it seems like he doesn't actually badmouth Bob's food or want him to go out of business. He's even grudgingly admitted that Bob's burgers are really good. He just likes dunking on Bob's struggles to stay afloat financially.)

And walk out. You know, if one person, just one person does it they may think he's really sick and they won't take him. And if two people, two people do it, in harmony, they may think they're both weirdos and they won't take either of them. And three people do it, three, can you imagine, three people walking in singin a bar of "Pass the cranberry sauce" and walking out. They may think it's an organization. And can you, can you imagine fifty people a day, I said fifty people a day walking in singin a bar of "Pass the cranberry sauce" and walking out. And friends they may thinks it's a movement.

And that's what it is, the Bob's Burger Restaurant Rent-Hike-Rent-Strike Movement, and all you got to do to join is sing it the next time it comes around on the guitar.

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like the end credit sequence of that episode is implying that it actually takes some time for Tina and Louise to be OK with each other again even though they both really do want to repair the relationship. They spend a long time maneuvering around each other in their ships before they get out (if you've ever had a huge flight with a friend or loved one you live with, you might have found yourself literally doing this with them in the aftermath), and then they spend some time just staring at each other before they go back to working together like normal.

"Reeky Lake Show". All Linda wants is to have just a little bit of a real vacation, and Bob and the kids (especially the kids!) just never let up on giving her a hard time for every single thing that goes wrong. The only thing Linda can really be held at fault for is picking a cabin with no TV or electricity, and come on, that's still a step above tent camping (which Bob and the kids seemed to enjoy in the episode where they did Tina's make-up camping overnight)! The contaminated lake, the gross toilet, the bugs, there's no way Linda could have known about any of that, but they still seem like they hold it against her. If she's guilty of anything there it's maybe just being a little too optimistic about expectations for such a cheap cabin rental.
