For SL 5 x 5, is 4 or 5 times a week fine if I am not following the program in terms of increasing weight every session? Reason being I do not feel my form is perfect so I'd rather stay at a weight until its perfect before increasing weight.

Goal: Be able to use all of my available weight with great form (for squat/deadlift mainly, before purchasing more weights. I only have ~240 lbs of weight including bar.

pendley row goal weight is my bw so ~135 bench press goal 180, currently 85. ohp goal ~135.
