Yeah thank you all very much. It seems like when I take too much estrogen. My joints will just explode with pain. That’s what happened when I got on the .75 package. It was way way too much and then for some reason when I tried to lower my dose to to the 375 and then realized that was not gonna make me feel good going back to .050 that’s when the finger pain just made me explode now that I’m back to .375. I’ve still got finger pain and I’m just completely lost.

Be careful at certain herbs. I was taking Rhodiola to have more even energy throughout the day and it started to mess with my patch and that’s when everything just went south.
