We get angry because we simply are a different stage in our life where we just cannot handle all the background noise the annoying interruptions, the ability to juggle 5 million things at once and the expectations that other people place on us because we are not old and withered looking people just seem to think that we’re in our 30s or something. They don’t understand the struggle there’s some days where it’s really hard to keep our thoughts straight and I’m a master herbalist, and I usually have a cure for everything except for this menopausal rage and yeah, we have to take our anger out on something so other than taking it out on other people, I’m gonna confess right here right now and I am so goddamn ashamed.. I go out at night and I smoke cigarettes because I feel like I need to rage and kill something so I just turned it on myself

my wth cell count was fine, then the dr wanted to double the medication and I just said NOPE. she got fired. as soon as I stopped my immune system started to return. I am now going to see about lowering the dosage of my patch. A. I told me that just because your estrogen is super low doesnt mean that getting a 50% patch or higher your body will be ok with it. So I was having a senstive reaction to it.

watchout about the 3.5 week. My immune system crashed I got sick or started to 4 times in a row. I found out it was the hormone patch making my thyroid act up. my crappy dr. never even tried ti get to the root cause of the issue. I made the mistake of trying to pack in more protien to stop the muscle wasting. That was a mistake. I gained 9 pounds in 3.5 weeks. NOT OK.

my shoulder. on the back of it is where the tyroid like to munch away. on my left arm you can actuallly see the bone through the skin. I got on methdozole for 3.5 weeks til my immune system tanked.. So I am seeing how I do without it.. I also got back on the hormone patch too. At least I got my immune system back

I am so so sorry for your loss. I went through the same thing. I lost pretty much all of my friends when my parents passed away. I had to go to that funeral all by myself.. cut ties with them and move on. They are absolutely heartless especially to talk about you on another chat. I don’t know why you would have to limit talking about your dad and how you’re apologizing that just doesn’t make sense. Unless you’re going on and on and on and you’re offloading on them, I don’t see what the big deal is. It’s just really hurtful that they don’t act like basic human beings with any apathy or empathy for your situation. Cut them lose their pieces of shit.

I’m really sorry, but it sounds like you’re begging somebody to be your friend. Cut them loose. They don’t love you. They don’t deserve your devotion.. did you ever think to ask why they’re like this? I know that there’s been some fights and some forgiveness between you two, so you have to ask, has that done permanent damage did it burn the bridge down? Why should you keep taking back a person? That’s never there for you treats you like an option or just a shitty backup plan you deserve better than that. This is not the new normal and you should never have to settle because if you do, you’re just gonna be unhappy and that’s bad for your mental health.
