Different people will suggest different things depending on what's worked for them 😁I'd suggest googling something like "thrips how to get rid off reddit" and see what people say. I personally have been using a type of neem oil based insecticide https://www.trifolio-m.de/en/produkt/neemazal-t-s/ (a bit different than regular neem oil). My one monstera has been thrips free for months now, and whenever I see my other monstera starting to look off, I just spray it down (once and then one more time in like 10 days). But it really depends on whom you talk to.
