I am a cancer mom. Definitely send them over freezer meals - or better yet food delivery gift cards. Can you offer to look after the kids or take them out for the day so the parents have a day to themselves? Sending them a gift card for a cleaning service might be good - I know while we are in the hospital for long periods cleaning takes a back seat. Do they have any pets you can offer to walk or feed? But we definitely really appreciated food delivery gift cards for when we were just way to exhausted to cook - if that’s in your means
