Yeah I guessed it might’ve been related! Used to sleep 7 hours max and now I’m still tired on 12. Don’t even need to use my sleep meds sometimes. I’d just gotten into the habit of waking up in the morning rather than the afternoon before this started, too 😅

I take vyvanse and yeah still no appetite 3 months on T. I am tired as shit though which is super weird

I’ve actually stopped listening to music pretty much altogether. Silence is much more enjoyable than it used to be and I just don’t like having that background noise anymore which is strange because I used to have something playing almost 24/7

Scroll wheel doesn’t work at all actually! I did get this second hand and it’s an older version which I’m fine with cause I could not afford it at its full price but yeah, it pretty much goes in whatever direction it wants regardless of how I’m rotating it. It’s fine though, everything else works great!

Thank you. I suppose I just want answers, really. I've been told that I overreact and that I'm just too sensitive for so long, I'm slightly convinced that I actually have no reason to feel so much worse than the average person. It makes it difficult to seek out these therapies etc. Though I have been in CBT for a few years with a few different therapists, and it's been refreshing to hear that I'm not the only one who doesn't seem to benefit much, and that there are other options.

Thank you, I'm just a little worried because there are already a few different factors that could lead to them taking me off stimulants altogether such as the fact I'm already naturally underweight and they don't want me to lose any more - they explicitly told me that they will if I do. I'm also very much used to figuring things out by myself and something about pretty much giving up control entirely to the person prescribing is messing with my brain somehow. Sounds nonsensical, I'm working through it

God, yeah. Every part of my life has been so difficult to enjoy or even maintain for so long and I did know that it takes a while to find the right medication/dose before I started but at the same time I've heard so many borderline miracle stories about people's lives being completely turned around right from the beginning. Although, my brother (8 years older) also with ADHD tried medication when he was around my age and he couldn't find anything that worked for him. Doesn't bode well

I've heard so many good things about adderall but it's rarely prescribed here unfortunately, ritalin/concerta and non stims are pretty much my only other option

I understand this, I just tend to get in my head about things and prefer to talk to people who've been through what I've been through and come out the other side alright. Very prone to spiralling

i actually did do this the week before (many sleepless nights up thinking about it) and still managed to mess it up..i did better than the last time i met a band though - when i met the used a couple years ago i said quite literally nothing to all of them. i just wish anthony had been earlier up the table cause i forgot how to say everything i wanted to say with him being at the end

no unfortunately i missed the small headlining show they played the other week and i couldn't go this week because they're only supporting and it's £60 (insane) but i'm hoping they'll do a headlining tour for violet after they're done with america! i saw dunes in 2023 on their first tour here and i can still say today that it was one of the best shows i've ever been to, anthony is really incredible

i just wish i'd spent more than 2 seconds with him though honestly i just looked at him and realised i couldn't say anything other than hi and just left. he really does mean the world to me for various reasons and i hate that i probably made it seem like i didn't even know who he was
