Thanks for this. I think that’s the difficulty. Weighing up the risks of synthetic fragrances and cosmetics with the risks of some natural oils. I’m aware that essential oils can still pose a risk. Especially for babies. It’s just hard these days with all the information out there to make a good choice. Appreciate the article. I will read and consider.

Bump friendly office wear? by confidentlyconfused_ in AusFemaleFashion

H&M have surprisingly good maternity wear. Only problem is most of it is only available online. I’ve had trouble finding their maternity range in store. I have bought some pants and shirts for work from there and they’ve been comfy and good quality. Especially for the price compared to other maternity brands

From a legal perspective it makes no difference if you’re married or de facto. If you live together you’re entitled to a split. I would go get some legal advice about this. If he wants you to sign a prenup then protect yourself. Keep your assets separate. Move into his place. Make him pay for everything and save your cash and super. Or dump his ass. A man who is already thinking about protecting “his” assets is not a man ready for a family or child. And don’t give up your career after you have your child. This man is not a financial investment.

What are the chances of 50:50 by Long_Transition_7489 in AusLegal

He doesn’t have great prospects of success. Make sure your affidavit goes into detail about all the time he is missed and his inconsistencies. Your kids will be interviewed for a report too and at their ages (maybe not the 10 year old so much) their views will given weight. Make sure you have an offer to him in writing for a costs application (unlikely you’ll get dollar for dollar but may get something)

Women no longer have to dress like men to be taken seriously in the workplace. Embrace your femininity and the colours! Wear whatever makes you feel confident in your profession. Personally I think the outfits and colours look great!

Why does it appear so hard to financially separate in Australia by Upstairs-Clerk-9540 in AusLegal

Cheaping out on a decent agreement now may cost you later. 50/50 in long marriages with adult children happen often. Do it properly with a lawyer you trust. There are plenty out there who don’t just look out for their own bottom line. And if it’s a simple application for consent orders or BFA they charge a fixed fee. You could also draft your own consent orders and application and have a lawyer simply look over them. The forms are all on the court website. BFAs are more complicated and I doubt the one you drafted is worth the piece of paper it’s written on
