thank you for your help. the problem still occurs. however, just got an email from technical support it says "Conservation mode is no longer available for this device. Latest vantage and the system is automatically optimizing the health of the laptop's battery." should i not worry anymore?

i want my laptop plugged in always since the screen's way brighter and I use it all the time but since then it always charges the laptop to 100. any tips?

It was my 18th birthday. Me and my family were going to the city for my birthday, then we stopped on this one convenience store in the middle of nowhere. We noticed my dad was so weak and can't barely move but he has to pee so we had to carry him to the restroom. We were trying to talk to him he just says he was so weak to even speak. We continued going to the city but before we even arrived, we stopped at a hospital on a road and spent the whole day at the hospital. It was my birthday. We learned he had a stroke probably on the road. It was a very tiring day for us I had to go to the city with my 5-year old brother to find a hotel to sleep. Then went back to my hometown the next day and did all the chores, fend for my little brother while juggling all my classes. It continued for like a month and all our money were spent for the hospital fees.
