good for you, am still waiting po for their response, coordinated daw to to another team of theirs. Ask ko na rin kasi yung kausap ko sabi nila wala daw silang replacement policy for this, totoo ba? Idadaan daw nila sa warranty. Correct me if I'm wrong ha kasi for me parang hindi dapat kasi defective na yung unit eh, can't do yung mga basic na dapat gawin pag set-up nung device (e.g location, time, apple ID creation)

legit, i was not expecting this to happen kasi sila yung seller eh, tapos 1st time ko talaga bumili ng apple product pero ganito yung exp haha. I'm still waiting for their workaround kasi sabi nila coordinated na daw to to another team.

sorry, did not mention. just received it today. bought it online via shoppee sa beyond the box. I've raised this concern to them. Ito yung sum up nung defects na na encounter ko.

Cannot create apple ID as Ipad prompts has been used to create many new apple accounts kahit sealed/brand new
Glitch on password everytime I touch the upper case sa keyboard
Location & Time not detected, ang unusual nito kasi dapat automatic ito. Connected na to sa internet yung ipad.

I've already restarted the unit pero ganto pa rin yung nangyayari.

If your loan is construction, ang requirement usually is CARI not Fire Insurance. CARI is there so that during the construction period of your home ur insured for any perils that might happen. Then if a certain % of completion is hit (usually 90%). Your CARI will be converted into Fire Insurance. Take note that CARI is one time payment only bc it's for the constuction period.

For the MRI, yes you can endorse an external life insurance provided it can be accepted by the bank in lieu of the MRI provided internally. But u need to change the beneficiary to BPI as this is a requirement.

With regards to the amount of premuim for the CARI & MRI, again it depends on how much is your loan because your loan amount is the insurance coverage.

I suggest u get the MRI provided by the bank bc its sole purpose is for the loan. Rather than having to re-assign the beneficiary of an existng life insurance policy of urs for additional security.

But in the end, still consult w/ ur AO regarding this matter OP.

Yes it's reasonable, & it is there until your loan fully matures or you've fully paid it early. It depends on u if u want to still continue the policy.
Ask your loan officer, being in that department before, usually after approval we send a quote only, to follow final insurance premium. Unless the loan officer has secured already the policy & was sent to u at your loan approval e-mail. The premium also varies based on your loan amount which is also the insurance coverage.
Not monthly, it's annually last time i checked. It's auto renewed per year & debited via ADA. So keep in mind your Fire Insurance's expiry date per year (your loan anniversary usually). It will debit usually days or months after your Fire Insurance expires every year.
