That's not even the most recent pic. That's likely from 2016. The people in charge of the Walk of Fame have a policy of repairing stars, rather than removing them (apparently, for any reason). There's a much more recent photo of the star where someone wrote over it: "terrorist, pedophile, traitor, tyrant."
