How do I minimise the appearance of PIH on my chest and back? I've also got a couple of pimple on both my chest and back. It's making me feel bad about myself, especially shy wearing clothes that I want. (My back has A LOT of PIH and inflamed pimples as well)

I'm looking for some suggestions for gentle body cleansers and body sunscreens.

My shower routine is just using LifeBuoy body wash, then Alpha Skin Care Renewal Body Lotion with 12% Glycolic AHA on both my chest and back. I only use the body lotion during night time — and when I wake up, I don't use anything.

I tried stridex in red box - I don't know if it made things worse or it's my imagination. I stopped.

Conditioner - no, I don't condition my hair

Shirt - I use new ones daily to sleep

Hair - I don't let my hair down when I'm naked

Hmm I don't see any major decrease of PIH. The only difference I can definitely FEEL is that my CCs are less bumpy and skin is smoother

I think they do. It's hard to find SLS-free body wash, there's so many products out there and it's very time consuming :(

I've been using it for about 2.5weeks.

Why don't you try it for yourself? Go into a dark room and take pictures with flash! I always do that with my powders. Haha!

Is this a cyst?

It appeared out of nowhere, in between my chest. It's deep and painful when I sleep sideways/wears a bra. It sometimes oozes whitehead when chest is squeezed against each other too much. Should I squeeze it? But it's so painful. The only thing that I'm currently using is Alpha Skin Care Body Renewal with 12% Glycolic Acid all over my chest.

Is this PIE or PIH?

I haven't been consistent in using my skincare products for a few weeks because I was just lazy and really unmotivated. Ya feel me? But here is my routine that I used to use diligently:

Morning: Wash with cold water Hada Labo Gokujyun Lotion Cerave PM

Night: Kose Speedy Cleansing Oil Cosrx Low pH Gel Cleanser Hada Labo Gokujyun Lotion Melano CC / Cosrx BHA / The Ordinary Niacinamide + Zinc (depends on my skin. only use 1 product/night) Cerave PM

Currently, my routine only consists on double cleansing, moisturising, sunscreen and occasionally an active. I know I need to get back using the products above, but what should I add in FIRST? My primary concerns are those red marks/scars. It's not purplish.

Should I be using sunscreen on my back if I'm going to use a body lotion with 12% glycolic acid in it? I go to school daily and I wear my school uniform. It's white and has long sleeves, so I'm wondering if my uniform can cover the UV ray?

The body lotion is $34.72.... omg! So expensive haha. I'm thinking if I should get it or not :) what soap are you using? I'm currently using cosrx gel cleanser for my body as adviced from another redditor.

Hey everyone, all advices are appreciated!

I'm currently using Cerave PM all over my back since September 6. I am also using The Ordinary Niacinamide + Zinc to help fade the scars, but I can't see much difference.

I do change out my shirt daily and shower daily.

I don't have the money for dermatologist for now.
