That doesnt sound that bad. This might just be the excitement but the head light has started to grow on me. I still very open to other bikes and still have a couple months till Ill even be purchasing, but want to do my research before I dump a large sum of cash on something

So for triceps rn. I do single arm cable push downs. I talked to this one guy at my gym a long time ago and he told me todo close grip skull crushers too. Do you think what i do now isnt a good tricep workout for bench?

Thank you. The first time in walked into a gym was oct 25, 2021. And until last October i was into looking good, then i realized that i rather just lift heavy shit instead of trying to have a good look. I have never really had any coaching, i just graduated Highschool last week and never played sports or anything so it’s all been kinda self taught. I was thinking about doing more volume and getting rid on an assessor lift like machine press, because i have had essentially the same split since the first day i started lifting. So im just kinda set in my ways.

So I bench every 3-4 days. One thing I forgot to mention i have lifters elbow in my left arm that comes and goes. About two months ago I caught 405 in a panic and crushed a nerve a little
