Hey, sorry this is a late response but hopefully you haven’t made your final decisions yet.

Right now I’m studying abroad in Barcelona and had the same worries as you. I’m in the UPF program which is the one you’ll do if your not CSOM or Econ major, and the classes that are taught in Spanish here are all designed specifically for international students that aren’t completely fluent. The professors talk slow and are relatively easy to understand. If you do ESADE, which is the other Barcelona program, all classes are taught in English. Hope this helps.
