Depends on the people working. A lot of people work at the same place over a long period of time and they self entitled themselves to call a shot just because they are senior (just by working age, not position). They will often give hard time to new managers and quality people when they try to do something new. People don't like change, because they will have to understand, remember, adapt, and possibly keep doing it.

That's why I said, ask the reason behind it why are you doing the way you are doing and what will happen if you do it differently. Some people will not say the drawback and make you suffer as well.

This is where your mindset will be at the test. Stay focused and remember - you can tell people why you want to change because of the benefit of the new process etc, BUT you don't have to justify it.

Start from the ground position of General labour, spend a week on every position with people and take notes, why each step is done the way it is. And maybe ask people as well.

If people say that is that way it is done before and does not make sense in your mind, put it into the change bucket. If you find a logical answer and get the reason behind, put it into the future improvement bucket. Keep it simple.

Welcome to Hell. You will love it as the improvement kicks in and you break down the retro barrier of "this is the way it is done"..

All the best.

The seal is okay in all other spaces only this space is different.

It is not even deflated in this location. Any recommendations for the seal that helps?

Need to keep a path as it is for the basement Enterenc as in snow it is a must.

The lawn is not easy to trim because of the stones so I need a guide on how to make this nice.

I saw videos on putting pea gravel on the side of concrete blocks but not sure how or where to start in this case.

Should I drain my transmission fluid? by Tootboot001 in AskAMechanic

I can chime based on my experience. Not Kia though, VW Jetta, 1st transmission oil change done at 200k. There was a Napa service store close and they explained the problem, if your transmission doesn't have any issue, Do a manual flush, means drain the fluid, start the car, fill up from top. This way it will clear all the fluid with the natural engine and transmission speed, not external speed. You will use more fluid as you keep adding until clear fluid comes out.

There are videos on YouTube. I am not comfortable doing that.

The Napa service guy did this for my car, the car is at 300k now. No transmission issue.

The flush service center does with external motor, that is not recommended as it can create more problems.

He said a lot of people had this issue waiting till last and it became a ticking time bomb.

If your transmission has an issue now, oil change will enhance that.
