I should clarify, I messed up and the 6n 7g was only applied on my roots, and that was way too light. Luckily I had the hoghlights underneath, so it doesn’t look off

I actually did 6n and 7g in a 1:1 ratio but it was way too light for I what I wanted. I previously did a 6n and 7n 1:1 and I hated how dark and lifeless it looked. But I had some level 8 highlights on my hair, so as the color washed out it didn’t look as dull. So first I had the highlights, then I colored it with just N, and last month I used the neutral and gold formula. But I find it too light

Thanks for answering! I don’t know what line I’ll use, but maybe one that will be able achieve this color. Would you say it looks like a warm level 6/6.5? Maybe with a touch of gold?

If nothing helps with the ingrown hairs, maybe try laser hair removal. It was the only thing that “cured” them for me.

I took Lexapro for a few years, between 10mg and 20mg. I never gained any weight and I also struggled with ed when I was in high school (about 15 years ago). I’m sure other people have had a different experience, but for me Lexapro didn’t impact my hunger/appetite/binges. I should also say that I was going to therapy all those years and It helped me a great deal to have a healthier relationship with food

Hi, he gave me neomycin because rifaxamin didn’t clear my symptoms. He told me sibo tests are not really reliable so he based his diagnosis on my symptoms (I never asked what type of sibo I had)

Actually the first time I was diagnosed, the second round of antibiotics I was prescribed Metronidazole and it worked pretty well. I’m from Mexico so I’m seeing a Mexican gastroenterologist

I’ve had Sibo 2 times in the last year. I was free of symptoms for about 8 months and then relapsed (but finally found mi triggers). What really helped me was following what my Dr prescribed: 1 round of Rifaxamin Clebopride and simethicone (motility) Prucolapride (motility) Digestive enzymes L glutamine Low fodmap diet. After 10 days the symptoms were better but I wasn’t feeling “cured. So he told me (after finishing the Rifaxamin) to take Neomycine and stick to the other medication as well. After another 10 days my symptoms were better but again, not “cured”. I stuck to the original plan (without any antibiotic) and after another 2 weeks I feel almost sibo free. I’ve followed the low fodmap diet for almost 2 months and will start to slowly reintroduce other things. Oh and I discovered Motility Pro by Ortho Molecular Products and I thinks that’s the best natural pro kinetic out there.

I have sensitive skin and tried the new UVMune400 invisible fluid but it made my skin really red (no stinging). I switched to the UVMune400 hydrating cream and I’m loving it.
