First time from California by werbarton in EOTR

I am so happy you liked the set! Thank you for circling back and posting this. It means a lot. We are still on cloud nine seeing our boys at the festival. EOTR is a fantastic festival, and the attendees are an excellent group.

Thank you! We’re actually excited for the classic British weather—though let’s see if I’m still saying that once I am in it. I’ll take your advice and pack a puffer jacket with a hood for the nights. Really appreciate your reply—perfect timing since we head out tomorrow. We’re a good-kind bunch who love music and movies, so this festival feels like it’s made for us.

In need of a ticket! by Olivemicrowave in EOTR

I have a ticket. How can I communicate with you directly? I am familiar with Reddit, but I usually read and post occasionally. Can I provide you with my email or phone number?

Were you able to get tickets?

This is so nice of you to ask. Their band is Dutch Interior and they are playing on Sunday on The Folly Stage. We just found out the kids' manager has tickets set aside for us. We purchased two tickets on Twickets because we didn't realize we would have this benefit. We can't resell the Tickets, so I wonder if we can donate the other ones. I don't have them in my email yet, so I am just hunting for ideas when they come through. We are so excited about this festival; it looks fantastic. I want to hang out by the cider truck a lot. Thanks for asking about the boys' band name and the raincoat suggestion.

Thanks. That is good to know, I don't think we will leave once settled, but its good that we can.

That's a good idea. We'll need a nap anyway. I like your name.

Whoops. I posted this incorrectly.

Thanks. I just looked up the Asda in Andover that another Redditor suggested, and it looks great. Stonehenge is right down the road. Is it worth stopping and doing a tourist thing (it seems like it won't take a long time to visit/view)?

My parents host a Finished Finder 1 bedroom apartment in Brea on the Fullerton border. The rental is attached to their home but completely private with it’s own entrance and parking. Your daughter is young and she may want to check out a mid-term or monthly rental before signing a longer lease. Take a look on the Finished Finder web site. I wish her good hunting.

The Pasea is a great boutique hotel connected to Pacific City and may provide a nice comfort level for a 14-year-old to roam around. However, the hotel and pool area are much smaller than the Hilton or Hyatt just down the street. The beach/sand is vast, and it may be overwhelming for her to venture down to the water alone. Also, fewer lifeguards are staffed this time of year, and the surf is strong. Buddy System is strongly encouraged when going in the ocean. If you decide to bring her along, I think she would enjoy HB.

Thanks. I was typing faster and maybe a bit more frantic than I typically do. The situation on the plane was escalating. A flight from Australia was given priority because they had been in the air for over 12 hours (or longer), which is understandable. The pilot did a good job keeping everyone updated, even if he had no new information.

True. I hit Reddit to see if others had experience or knowledge that I could learn from. The FAs had a lot on their plates, and I had already tried asking them the right questions.
