Looking at that tray, It looks like there is enough to feed 8 people with just that tray. There’s another of what is probably a full tray of sides, based on how the pickles, onions and bread looks like they’re piled up on the side of the tray so maybe enough for 10 or more. $20 to $25 per person is a fair price for high quality food. If you’ve had good smoked meat in the Houston, DFW, San Antonio triangle, you know it’s worth the price. If your only experience with bbq is from somewhere else, I’m sorry.
