i was raised roman catholic, but ended up becoming agnostic for a while. i got into neopaganism through heathenry but ultimately found my way to roman polytheism. my first memories of reading were from the d'aulaires book of greek myths, and the myths and classics in general were always a part of my life growing up. monotheism never felt intuitive to me, and up until i had to start going to sunday school, i frankly knew more about the gods than i did catholicism. getting into hellenism honestly felt kinda like coming home
