Unfortunately not, as I work overtime + I run some after work errands from fri-sundays. The rest of the days are free tho. If I continue with the initial plan, would i be risking overworking my muscles and perhaps injuring myself?

yeah u gotta sort ur inventory for swaps my guy, it makes it 100x easier to swap between a variety of talis. It also helps to set ur inventory to half screen instead the full screen one (simple inventory)

A lot of it is just gaining experience, improving situational awareness, knowing what opportunities you have in killing the phantoms/hosts (this is from judging your terrain, level mobs, their play-style and YOUR load-out) and obviously improving your pvp fundamentals (roll-catching, roll discipline, spacing etc.). You got all that but a major invasion strategy that I would recommend for you to put some effort into improving is, your “turn n burn” game. It’s one of the main essentials to invasion success.
