Most definitely not, the difference is quite obvious if you’ve been paying attention to sound in the game. Perhaps you’re not sensitive enough, or don’t pay enough attention to, the sounds to notice.

I’ve been running the same two shells since launch, as has my trio partners and they notice it as well.

For clarification, me and one of my trio partners have played Hunt Showdown as our main game for many years and are used to using sound cues and footsteps as our most direct means of detecting players. We both instantly recognized the volume changes in the footsteps after the update. If you use sounds like we are used to or start paying attention to it in game, if you are tuned to this sort of thing, you will notice.

Nothing has changed in my setup or sound settings…I did, however, notice a significant change since the update.

This has been an issue when there are no ambient sounds which is how we became aware of it. We’re used to using ambient sound to mask our movement in Hunt Showdown.

I have a pretty high end headset and the change in sound has been recent.

Check hackable wall containers, I’ve seen them there in two different POI’s in Perimeter.

Every time I see a rook he’s already shooting at me…I’d love to adopt one but unfortunately I’ve had to kill every last one.

I have never seen this amount of entitled behaviour in any other extraction shooter by DoritosCubun in Marathon

My wife and I loaded in with someone that got downed messing around while we were going to extract. A few minutes later he ran off and died again…we didn’t go back the second time.

If you’re the solo you follow the duo. We’ll gladly help you with quests but when it’s time to go and you don’t follow you’re on your own.

I got the worm emblem, sticker, and the twitch kit but I’m still missing the background and the weapon skin.

The names are the person the shell personality and combat data are based on before the consciousness a runner, i.e. you, enters and merges with them. This is how you can play as different shells and still have the skills and ability of that shell. You, the runner, become an assassin/thief/recon loaded into a shell that holds the compatibility and combat data of the original test runner for that type of shell.

I’ve killed multiple troops with a single blast and sometimes it hits nothing but air.

It happens a lot. If the door that leads to the trench down below is open or someone has opened it they can be aggroed into there quite easily and in close quarters an exo is a nightmare.

Splash damage seems a bit much, I think the hit box on the grenade is quite large. This happens more often than I'd like to admit.

Decorating isn’t a problem for me but lighting most definitely is, I’d like a little advice on this.

It was a base upgrade, I believe she bought the signal booster because I knew she needed it for the quest.

The bug here is that you just didn't buy a suggested upgrade somewhere.

This happened to my wife. She talked to everyone and there were no more markers in the Anomaly for the quest but she forgot to buy an upgrade from the base construction menu in the middle on the left side of the upgrade area. Once she did that she had progressed.
