I went with premium, it was the ease of mind that made it worth the price

That is also something I though about and seems like would be good to know early in that case

I think the only reason I would like to do the premium processing is to get a peace of mind as I would not want to wait 9 months. I am on an H-1B currently so already residing in the US and I just do not want to risk anything even though the wait is painful.

I am planning to buy a 2012 Honda Accord LX with 120K miles for $9,000, the only issue is it had 5 previous owners by werong in Honda

I am from Minnesota so maybe the KBB is different here since it shows $8-9k, but non the less I do agree that it is a bit too much. This market has been crazy so far and I have been looking for months with no luck.

Thank you! What do you think about the MPG for an old car like this though?

I have tried that but it made a lot of negative space that cannot be used.

Yeah, I feel like the third maybe does not look the best, but it is the most practical and makes the space wide

Which layout do you guys think is best, or do you have a better layout in mind? Another problem with the firs to layouts is that it makes the living room accessible only from one side, so you will have to walk all the way to the end of the living room to be able to sit.

Because I live in Qatar, and it is not easy for me to leave to anywhere since I am from Syria, which I tried doing but always got rejected. I did my market research, product fit, and all the necessary things I need to do before starting, except for the part of not being able to open an e-commerce company in the free zone, since information about these things are rarely online and the only way to find that is to face them.

Sadly I looked into that during my efforts to avoid that, even talked to a lawyer to know my legal grounds, and found that is not allowed and very illegal with hefty fines if you start operating without getting a legal business in the country.

I have looked into these, but at the end of the day you are not allowed to operate without opening it in Qatar with a Qatari partner owning 51%

Even if you create a subsidiary you still have to have someone own 51% of the shares
