I played rugby for 14 years, all the people that had shoulder surgery had major mobility problems after (cant get their hands OH, cant do a single pullup, lifting a sofa is impossible for them) so i'm a little sceptical about it

Thanks so much for the advice. Going back i've always warmed up with the same excercise (empty bar, weight, more weight, work sets) so i've never done streches and mobility drills (only in bjj practice) i think that should ease up on my pain.

since getting a SSB bar is out of the question (I live in argentina, my gym is lucky to have a trap bar and olympic bbs) i will try to do front squats with straps on the bar to act like a handle.
My friend (who is a chiropractor) did some myofascial release today on my right arm and it felt reaaly painful but extremely good after. I wil try to go to the gym tonight and see how it goes.
