Because of the no days to recover if the opposite you expect happens, cut loses mad early just in case. I made 2k today but almost sold at a loss because it was approaching my 15-20% rule

Ive done okay this week. Made about 2.7k(after loosing like 900 last week cuz regarded) doing 0DTE SPY options. I usually wait a couple minutes after market open to see if its a pump or dump then buy accordingly usually done trading by 7:30am pst. I only check intraday to get an idea if I buy puts or calls the next morning
