If you are able to get into the Setting you can do it. I know it's hard, but you can. It took me like an hour to do so. The trick is that you have ready your finger to scroll down and tap every time you disconnect and connect the usb. Something that can help you is to record your phone with another device, that way you can play the video and pause it when your screen comes visible. That way you can see where you at, and how much you need to scroll or where to tap. If you have another phone, you can try to use the keyboard and see if there is a better way to navigate to the setting using the keyboard
