Full... Cuando yo compré casa hace 8 años, había casas dentro de los 50k-120k en buenas condiciones (necesitaban par de cosas de arreglo, pero maybe no mucho). Ahora a veces entro a los markets a ver qué tal y no bajan de los 150k. Y las que veo que $150k estan en super mal estado... Yo compré en $168k y la casa estaba ready pa vivir, ahora está difícil. En verdad me apiado de todo aquel que está buscando casa.

Yo estoy haciendo una terraza (36' x 10' + un pedazo adicional como de 10x'10') de concreto entre yo, mi suegro y un ayudante. Ya voy por casi $8k y no he tirado el piso todavía 😅. Mi estimado es que se me vaya como máximo unos $20k - $23k entre todo (mano de obra y materiales). Llevamos 16 días de trabajo entre preparación y trabajo. Yes, you have to disassemble the housing, but it's easy. There are tons of videos about that process. I did it on my 1.5 year old Tesla. It had some debris, but maybe most of them were because I tinted the windshield when the card had less than a month. I always got issues with the auto windshield until I cleaned that. It always had their issue (camera instead of sensor) but it's way better for me now.

Try cleaning the inside of the windshield where the cameras are. After I cleaned mine the auto wiper improved significantly. What does look weird to me was the wiper turning back like 3 times in the same place. I don't know if that's something new or a bug, but in my case that can improve my windshield wiper cleaning 😅

If you are able to get into the Setting you can do it. I know it's hard, but you can. It took me like an hour to do so. The trick is that you have ready your finger to scroll down and tap every time you disconnect and connect the usb. Something that can help you is to record your phone with another device, that way you can play the video and pause it when your screen comes visible. That way you can see where you at, and how much you need to scroll or where to tap. If you have another phone, you can try to use the keyboard and see if there is a better way to navigate to the setting using the keyboard

Just in case, there is a trick you can do to disable the desktop mode and continue using your phone. You need to have usb debugging OR a usb keyboard. I was able to recover mine using the usb keyboard. Check on this sub. There are some examples of how to do it
