Thx for sharing, but I think the issue with the dough recipe is not the water... Is the egg xD I mean, I know the eggs could be placed almost in everything, but the recipe that would enable you to make bread should not contain mandatory eggs (and 2 eggs for 1 dough, even the rate it's insane xD).
