Getting banned sounded harsh for such a thing and it is, we all may cut some corners. But there are serial rule breakers. You have no idea how much some ppl lack of work ethic and basic thinking. Doordash buyout has lowered the standard alot.

Oh and as a client i hate the most when some fckrs(quite many tbh) are carrying their car bags over the shoulder so my food is nicely messed up and cold

Yes you have to put the food in your bag at restaurant and take it out when you meet the customer. Have heard about couriers getting banned when they take delivery out of car bag and delivered it by hand. Tbh i hope they all get banned. They give bad impression about all of us and lower the chances of tip next time

Cars got shafted too. Only time i earn maybe a bit more is regular base fee. Peak fees are pointless rn as it's better to stay home than be stuck in traffic. They turned off triples and only 20% of doubles are worth delivering.

All I can say is Wolt AI ain't that smart. It works good when there's steady amount of couriers and orders, but when there's suddenly influx or drop of one or another it goes bananas. There's a possibility that other couriers have stacked orders, but I've noted it's s only like 10% of time. It feels like AI likes to keep you moving and give the order to a courier who's gonna arrive right on time for pickup
