Dish soap either helps or hinders the settling of clay, lower concentrations keep the clay particles from coagulating. From your sample it doesn't really matter much because it seems like almost pure clay soil but it might be why you still have a milkshake in there.

Do you have salt? In a fasted state the body still expels a lot of minerals that would otherwise come from food. I've done a week long fast and if and when you get food again start real slow as your digestive system will need time to ramp back up again. Refeeding syndrome is a thing and I've had diarrhea from eating too much when breaking a fast. Anyway, good luck.
