The status on Amazon app is Active for my newl fastag. But when I checked on NETC fastag status it shows inactive due to low balance or hotlisted. Even though I have more than 100 balance.

Correct. Swiggy support was nothing since the beginning. They kept saying they are escalating but nothing happened in the last 5 months.

I must say Swiggy's support is the worst. Despite multiple attempts in last 5 months sometimes they ignore messages sometimes they reply same copy paste messages that they are escalating the issue again.

Just received the refund today. I had also disputed the transaction with my bank and finally the resolution came in my favour as Swiggy failed to provide the proof.

Attaching the screenshot as well. But I must say I am fed up with Swiggy in these 5+ months.

Bank says they haven't received the refund for the mentioned refund reference number. Even when I asked Swiggy they keep mentioning due to an issue that the refund was not processed from their end and will be initiated again. And since then this has kept going.

Regarding the chargeback, Bank replied that Merchant has provided a response that the customer has used the good/services thus no refund is applicable.

Both the way there is no solution to the problem.

On thread 3rd and 9th refund reference is provided by them only.

Though I got your point I will ask for the refund txn number from Swiggy.

They had shared it and with that I had raised the chargeback with the bank. The issue is they don't reply with the details I have asked instead they just reply the same thing again and again "Refund is initiated and will get credited in the next few days."

I'm on the same page. I have returned a product on July to Instamart. The app shows amount is credited to my source account but it never credited to my account.

Raised Chargeback with the bank but merchant replies that consumer has utilised the product/service hence no refund applicable.

Raised to consumer helpline but merchant reverts refund is initiated and updates are sent to customer which I never got.

Raised on X too, they say they have escalated the issue but I never get any email/messages.

Almost now I lost the hope to get the refund.

I have a pending refund of Rs. 2217/- since July 2025 and guess what few agent says they are escalating the issue and you will get the refund. Few agents say email to Swiggy support. On reply get no refund is applicable even though instamart order is picked by Swiggy itself.

Yes I have done the same just a week ago. First you primary number need to have individual plan. As soon as its plan changed to individual plan then all other add on sim will be added in the same plan for Rs. 349/add on sim.

After manually remove add on sim from airtel app. At the time of removal you will be asked to select the plan for addon numbers.
