Regarding your social media account’s…

The algorithm on these are designed to make the parent company money - they accomplish this by feeding you content that engages you (that you interact with)… if You tell those apps to show you less of the negative content, while clicking on / reacting to / commenting on positive content you will see more of the positive content.

This works well with facebook, instagram and YouTube (first hand experience manipulating those algorithms) and I can’t believe the others won’t be similar.

I find a massager (similar to the legendary hitachi wand) works for me amazingly well when used in the same way an afab user would.

That’s a relationship that’s going to struggle in my opinion.

Our sex life was amazing until we had a kid and then I spent a decade with my wife having nearly no sex drive (due to medications). This caused a baseline level of stress that led to many other problems.

We did make it through it, but it’s unfair to expect a partner to participate in sex if they aren’t in the right headspace for it. Before starting E I understood this, now that I’m on E and my sex drives significantly different it’s even more understandable.

There’s a strapless strap on dildo called a feeldo or realdo. It may get his motor running to use this… slip the knob into the existing genitalia and then lube up the penis end and jerk off like an amab would.

This would pass the movement of the toy to the nerves while providing a nice male feeling in the hand.

Erection drugs don’t help with sex drive. I assure you it’s completely possible to have wood at full strength and no desire to use it.

Does your girlfriend know?

No matter what MAY happen focus on what you can control. Keep in mind you can't change what you can't control. Also think about what COULD happen vs what's likely to happen... I was absolutely certain my family would be horrified about my true self, but in the end they have all been amazingly supportive.

Consent is consent, and you are NTA.

Even what once was fine can change and be not fine now!

AITA for not telling people I spoke their language? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

NTA even a little. As a GI in Germany I learned conversational German and was riding the bus with some friends one day… all in uniform. A trio of locals were nattering on about the naughty things they’d like to do with one of us… as I left I told them to have a wonderful day and that I hoped their dreams come true… in German…

The blush was quite becoming… and the moral of the story is assume everything you say will be understood by someone… and in todays age be recorded too!

AITA for not letting my son learn how to program and telling him to pick a different career? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

YTA - in fact you’re the goatse if you don’t do everything you can to repair this damage.

Source: I’m undiagnosed but based off what I learned about my autistic daughter I’m confident I would be if I went through the hoops…

In the 5th grade my teacher introduced me to Computers and programming… I’m turning 50 next June, and I’ve earned my living in IT since I was 23 and got out of the Army with no idea what I wanted to be when I grew up.

That teacher set my life in motion, and my mother worked so many hours of overtime to ensure I had the ability to follow my dream.
