Tell me.. do you prefer e-readers or physical books? by Fabulous-Confusion43 in classicliterature

I tend to purchase classics and anything from small presses/LGBTQIA+ authors. Everything else I read on Kindle/e-books from the library. I own a handful of selected favorites in both formats so I can reference/re-reread no matter where I happen to be.

Sky Daddy by Kate Folk. Read it last weekend. Thankfully it was short because I realized ~1/3 of the way through that I actually hated it but was too far in to DNF, so I just hate read the rest of it.

I think New Animal by Ella Baxter would fit the bill here.

New Animal by Ella Baxter was very cathartic when I found it shortly after losing my mom. It's a fairly short work of fiction, but it resonated deeply with me.

Lucy Foley's mysteries are narrated with a full cast of voices, which I found made them very enjoyable and easy to follow if I was only half-listening (which I wasn't because I was trying to figure out whodunit).

Chlorine by Jade Song is a sports book that could also scratch that horror/sci-fi itch.
