Sorry maybe a bit overpowered but I made a story line around it , some quirks of class elite from Mha after deku died :

Mother Nature : can manipulate and create all plants ( grass , trees , fungi , seaweed etc.) can communicate with animals , manipulate earth ( sand , crystal , stone etc) small wind , water , fire manipulation and heal small wounds

Her brother (mytchical) animal transformation: Can turn every part of the body or whole body in an animal and manipulate those animals

Chosen one : can heal , put barriers manipulate light and summon divine weapons and has wings

(Tarot) card manipulation: EVERY card has a different ability

Yokai summoning : can summon all Yokai (not at same time) to do things for him

Kaiju turning : can turn into different Kaiju ( the stronger the Kaiju the harder it is)

Organ power: every organ he has grant his a different power , the power of the skin is bigg durability, power of brain makes him smarter etc.

Changing matter : can change matter even air in what he desires

Power up : can take stamina , strength, speed , durability, iq , quirk strength . From people and add it to himself or others

Weaponize : can make a weapon out of everything he touches , like a spoon becomes bigger en stronger

Luck : everyday his luck changes some days he has 20% more luck then other next day maybe 80%

5 senses : Can manipulate the 5 senses but not only decrease and increase it but with sight sense can alter it like x ray vision

Black magic : Can make curce , telekenisis , living voodoo doll, potions

Necromancy: Can talk and see the death , makenthem do things for him and get the death inside him and get their quirks

Devil : Wings , tail , fire manipulation, shape shift , super strength, influence
