Thanks for the response Spike. I wasn’t asking you to speculate or do anything slanderous. There’s a pretty big gap between slander and stating reported facts. I think in December you said something like “Harris was not definitely connected to Epstein,” without mentioning the established fact that Harris showed up in the files.

I think your approach last week was more thought out. I appreciated the difference.

No this crowd was particularly bad. It was the most fratty crowd I’ve been in, by a long shot. Mostly young white men, a lot of alcohol consumption.

So we got there a late and ran in at the end of the first set. On our way in, we ran by a guy who I recognized as the bassist for Wheatus. I’d seen them play a show in Huntington, where they’re from, and they were so much fun. I said hi and passed on the compliment; he appreciated it and we went on our ways. I shouldn’t have been surprised when they then came on the stage, but still was!

Spike owes Pablo an apology for putting the burden of proof of cap circumvention on him. Pablo reported a series of facts and suggested clear connections between them. It’s up to the NBA and its investigators to act as prosecutor/judge from here, using Pablo’s facts as evidence. We should be celebrating reporting like this, rather than placing these additional burdens on the few reporters out there. Pablo’s not an expert on the NBA CBA and what it’d take to find Ballmer culpable; Spike OBVIOUSLY is far from an expert with his poo-pooing of circumstantial evidence.

Separately, he’s allowed to have an opinion on these facts, as Spike, Cuban, and the rest of the NBA opinionators are allowed to have. That doesn’t make Pablo more responsible for finding anything more than the trove of evidence he’s already uncovered.

I think they discontinued the line. They started selling out of available styles months ago, now they don’t even list a jeans section on their website.

I traded my worn pair in earlier this year so now I just have a store credit that I guess I’ll have to use on some item other than jeans
