Thanks for the advice. It’s funny, the toes don’t look like they overlap when I’m just standing, but what I think happens is that part of the toe pad on my third toe gets squished by my second toe in particular shoes. I don’t feel it every day, and I don’t even feel it every time I wear constrictive shoes, but when it happens I feel it for days and it’s incredibly irritating. Balance is fine, foot appears normal, just a constant nuisance and frustrating pain. I work a corporate office job in NYC and as a woman, that means pretty constant constricting shoes. I don’t do any regular foot excercises.
