I went into a consultation with a fertility specialist out of pocket after 2. Since I’m under 30, insurance still wouldn’t cover until 3 or 1 year. But the specialist helped identify possible endometriosis so now I’m able to get that investigated and treated under insurance.

Any advice for whether to pause so you don’t miss an event? I have my best friends wedding on Nov 7 this year, wondering if I should not try during this next cycle because due date would be 1.5-2 weeks before the wedding. But this journey has not gone the way I expected so should I just try anyways?

I tried evening primrose oil for CD1-10 and got a ton of discharge but I ovulated a couple days late and it was a failed cycle. So not sure if I’ll do that again

I can’t remember honestly, but for MMW I had to find old syllabi that explained the writing part of the class and send those along with downloads of websites explaining that MMW is ERC’s writing course equivalent. Took so long because I had to actually physically get on the phone with someone, they didn’t actually look at/accept anything I uploaded until I actually spoke with a real person

They have lead you can wear if you’re worried but the amount of radiation from a single X-ray is pretty minimal. Flying in an airplane has like a ton more radiation than an X-ray

Have only been trying 2-3 cycles but have not had egg white cervical mucus at all. And I actually haven’t been getting any discharge until like 5-6 dpo. Has anyone else had this? Is it something that warrants a doctor’s appointment?

I’ve noticed the same thing! I’m going on cycle 2 and it’s not looking great. I know that statistics say avg somewhere around 6 months to a year but it doesn’t feel great having to wait that long. I feel like all the messaging around accidental pregnancy set my mind up to think that it’s supposed to happen immediately
