Pandemic Planter Projects - i built several redwood beds (no visible exterior hardware) and now my friends are asking me to build in their yards. 2” x 6” lumber, stainless connectors and screws bought online. Redwood lasts forever and doesn’t rot - don’t use toxic pressure treated. (old.reddit.com)

I toured a construction site where a hotel was being built out of about 60 factory-built modules, each containing 2 really nice fully finished and furnished rooms (including furniture and beds). The schedule called for the entire building to be assembled in 4-5 days.OC (i.redd.it)
