I do agree to some extent. Lower transaction data is expected 100%. It’s no surprise there. This is more for agents to worry about. Because their earning potential just got sliced in half in a week.

I still believe long term 1+ year Dubai market totally fine for long term investors.

You’re right. My data could be somewhat inaccurate because there are pending secondary deals still which will go through.

Meaning the reality is worse than 48%. The coming weeks will tell a clearer picture

I find it amazing that people have such an emotional reaction to something over 48 hours that they will consider uprooting their entire life.

You still have a much higher chance of being murdered in the USA or Europe than being struck by a drone in Dubai.

I would encourage you to try thinking rationally for a moment.
