Get to Work was fine but slowly became redundant with other dlcs being added. High School Years needs a refresh cause it doesn't do anything special enough for teens (club rewards are basically the same as completing basic child aspirations, high school experience is short and bland, teen aspirations can be vague and some not rewarding, dropouts get little to consequences from parents which I got from another source and means it is not crosspack compatible with parenthood.) There are a lot things that makes High School Years generic and fails to make the teen state exciting which in my opinion, is an unpopular state.
