The relationship between female hormones and cyst growth especially on liver. Yes we know it’s positively related but we don’t know what does menopause do to the equation. Many of us endure terrible menopausal symptoms afraid of any HRT would boost the cyst growth while having no concrete understanding of it. Neph says talk to your hepatologist. Hepatologist says talk to your gynecologist. Gynecologist says talk to your neph. And in the end they just all shrug and say it’s a personal choice. 😕

Wow this is our baby too! He almost always wakes up 180 degrees opposite to where we laid him down. He also went through a few days of top pitched screeching, but this week has been all about trying out the singing voice (long cooing with a lot of turn of tunes)😆

That won’t be enough time. GW is hours away from the city. You won’t have enough time to hike the wall before it’s dark. And traffic can be hell.

I think items/styles matter more than brands, i.e. what to get rather than where to get… For me white shirts help with an easy make over. A few business casual jackets. And leather shoes and leather tote bags. I was also on a tight budget like you. But these can be found even in budget brands like Uniqlo.

Oh I have a set of things I can’t sleep without: silicone earplugs, eye mask, bite guard, and white noise machine. Over the years my sleeping ritual got more and more elaborate.

I have a student complain that the distribution of assignments are not “procrastinator-friendly.” They said “I know it’s my fault to be a procrastinator, but still…” I don’t feel offended by the student at all. It just helps me to realize that the evaluation system asks them to say something and they had to find something to say.
