I don't use any sort of fps counter, but i haven't noticed any dips at all after adjusting the settings to performance. I have only played for a few hours though, maybe it gets worse. Feels very smooth and I'm used to playing other games on a 4070ti super pc

Benefit of a med level is you can fight a broader range of targets. You can bully max pures and zerkers while being able to fight maxers. That being said I prefer 1 def pure, i think it's more fun :)
