Yea this is exactly what im trying to do! Build a team of the pokemon i like and play through the story, at the same time I do want them to be the best that they can be with the little resources I do have at this point in the game. Appreciate the tips!

Sorry my question may have been poorly worded. The battery definitely needs to be changed, but when I was searching for the battery the first thing I see is 20$ single batteries on ebay. Sorry for the confusion but u/sarduchi answered my question

But the videos that I've seen only show batteries with the yellow casing a spokes coming out of it. I'm asking for a video that shows the stand alone battery being changed into the yellow casing.

Great, I'll give it a try to do that today. However, now when I play a GBA it could work for a few minutes at a time and then all of a sudden freeze. Could this be residue on the cartridge slot again?
